Currently, HT has one Partner Program. CIEE, Council On International Educational Exchange, is an approved study abroad option administered by other universities or study abroad program providers.
CIEE is a Partner Program provider that offers 211 abroad programs. Programs offered include Study Abroad, Internship, and Intensive Language abroad programs in 42 countries. CIEE helps people develop skills for living in a globally interdependent and culturally diverse world.

Scholarships are available and students receive regular HT credit for coursework completed with a CIEE program.
